How to become an authorized Alpine Furniture, Inc. dealer?
1) Complete a New Account Form that can be downloaded here.
2) Send the completed New Account Form along with a valid home furnishings resale certificate to our local office through fax or email.

3) If you would like to apply for credit terms, please complete our Credit Application that can be downloaded here.
4) Call our local office to schedule an appointment with your local sales representative.

*Note: New dealers must have a minimum of two Alpine Furniture, Inc. dining or bedroom sets on their showroom floor. We do not promote ‘catalog only’ sales so catalogs will only be given after the first order has shipped.
