Shipping policy

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US States.

Please contact us by chat or email if you are outside of the 48 contiguous states and would like to make a purchase.

 

SMALL PARCEL

Standard shipping will be either UPS or Fedex Ground.

In stock items will ship out within 2 days and should arrive between 3-10 business days.

 

LARGE PARCEL

Standard shipping will be Threshold delivery which consists of delivery to the first dry area which includes a garage or entryway, etc.

Room of choice delivery is available for an additional charge. This will include delivery to a designated room of choice (up to 2 flights of stairs).

White glove delivery is also available. This will include room of choice (up to 2 flights of stairs) and packaging removal.

In stock will ship out within 2 days and should arrive approximately in 2-4 weeks.
