I am disappointed with how different the actual color of the wood is when compared to the photos displayed online. I emailed their support team and after emailing back and forth the conclusion was that “it usually doesn’t 100% match” and if I would like to return the item (which I did) I would have to box and ship the item myself, with no refund for shipping it back. After getting some quotes, I had to decide to keep the dresser. The shipping quotes I received from different companies varied from $400-$1000. The dresser cost me $630. The item is notably different in color. Listing says walnut and photos displayed also show a walnut colored dresser. The item I received looks espresso if not a quite a bit darker. All in all, I am stuck with this dresser and very disappointed with the company for not having in place better solutions for this. The dresser also came with a HEAVY chemical smell that still hasn’t gone way. It’s been 10 days. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
